The winning bidder must submit a deposit in the amount of $500.00 within twenty four (24) hours of the close of the auction; the remaining balance (including applicable fees and taxes) is due within five (5) days of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made between the parties. Please note that all financial transactions must be completed and clear before delivery of the vehicle, without exception.

A $549 document fee will be added to all sales. Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void your bid, and we reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Palm Beach Pre-Owned accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from approved 3rd-party financial institutions for all our vehicles. In addition, we also accept PayPal for deposits. All funds must be in US dollars only.
